We are seeking someone who has knowledge and experience of delivering a Sports and Public Services qualifications, ideally in a SEN/D provision, to start their own R.E.A.L. Journey to provide positive outcomes for our Learners.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, willing to roll up their sleeves to get stuck in whether that is delivery of sessions or supporting our Learners with lifeskills. It is important that our candidate has experience of working with young people who can sometimes display challenging behaviours and has an understanding of working alongside learners with SEN. One of the most important tasks associated with this role is to be a role model to not only our learners but also our R.E.A.L. Sports Vocational team and feel confident in driving improvements within this setting.
The role is based at our Landmark site in Pleasley which has an array of superb (if we do say so ourselves) facilities including an onsite cafe run by the R.E.A.L. Foundation Trust.
